The FFalcon 50" U65A 4K LED TV is a good fit for everyday streaming, free-to-air TV and family viewing. It has a 4K screen with HDR10 and HLG support, Chromecast built-in and Google Assistant voice search.
Picture
This TV has a 50" 4K Ultra HD screen (3840 × 2160) with a direct-lit LED backlight and a 60Hz refresh rate, which means shows and streaming look sharp at a normal viewing distance.
This TV supports HDR10 and HLG, which means compatible streaming and broadcast content shows more detail in the bright and dark parts of the picture. It also upscales lower-resolution content to 4K, which means older shows fill the screen more cleanly. The result still depends on the quality of the source.
Smart TV and apps
This TV runs Google TV, which means Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Kayo, Binge, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Prime Video, Optus Sport, YouTube, ABC iview, 7plus, 9Now and 10 are all in one place. Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Kayo, Binge, Paramount+, Apple TV+, Prime Video and Optus Sport require an additional subscription and internet connection at additional cost.
This TV has Chromecast built-in, which means you can cast from a compatible phone or tablet. It also works with Apple AirPlay and Apple HomeKit. It supports Google Assistant and works with Google Home, which means you can search by voice or control it from your smart home app.
Connections and sound
This TV has 3 HDMI inputs, including 1 HDMI 2.1 input, with HDMI-CEC, which means you can connect a set-top box, console and media player at once and control compatible devices with one remote.
This TV has HDMI eARC and an optical digital audio output, which means you can add a soundbar or home theatre system. It also has 1 USB port, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.4 and an HD tuner for free-to-air TV.
