New BYOD website launch
At JB Hi-Fi Education, we're constantly looking for ways to enhance our technology and services to provide you
with the best possible experience. We're excited to announce that we're in the process of developing a new,
even more user-friendly BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) portal. Our goal is to make it easier than ever for you to
find and purchase the devices that your children need for school, all through a portal that's secure and simple
to navigate from any device.
Planned to launch at the end of May/early June 2024, this upgrade is part of our commitment to ensuring that
parents and students have access to the latest technology with the convenience and support you've come to
expect from JB Hi-Fi Education.
Important update regarding add-on insurance products
As we prepare for this exciting launch, we want to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.
To achieve this, we'll be temporarily pausing the purchase of all add-on insurance products from 15 April
2024. This pause will last until the end of May 2024. Please be aware that JB Hi-Fi Tech Care+ will still be
available for purchase online (if this product has been selected by your school).
If you wish to transact any add-on insurance using the existing online process, you will need to do so before
the pause begins on 15 April 2024.
